Heidi, my wife, and I carefully met with many real estate agents on the path to selling our first home. Some promised the world and offered cheap rates with what sounded like great deals. But when it came to making the choice, we both agreed to follow our instincts and go with the agent whom we felt was the most up front and honest. WOW did that decision pay off. Tony gave us realistic ideas of price and laid out an auction campaign which we followed to a T. Come the open preparations Tony was patient and communicated well as to what needed to be done. We had our winning offer within 2 HOURS! of the open house. The offer was above our target so of course we accepted saving us months of keeping the house clean with two young children. The house never even made it to auction. Heidi and I could not have asked for more from Tony and could not have imagined such a great result.
