I have used First National as my property managers for 5 years. They are professional and always keep me informed of anything I need to know. I have found working with First National Real Estate Bribie Island a very nice experience. We have rented holiday accommodation through them with no trouble on several occasions. The girls are down to earth and easy to get along with. We were wanting to lease our house on a permanent bases, Debbie was punctual and easy to talk with at our initial meeting. Correspondence by emails was sent through very quickly. I didn't have to spend much time to know this was the right agency to look after our place. They arranged for photos of our house, it was advertised on the internet and our place was rented by tenants we were happy with in no time. Michelle & Dareen have been fantastic organizing any repairs that needed to be done. Thank you First National Bribie for the great old fashion service.

Debbie and the Property Rental Team have been fantastic and very supportive in getting our property ready for lease and have gone above and beyond in managing maintenance repairs, compliance requirements and advertising on our behalf. Due to Covid we have had to conduct all of our dealings remotely, but the service and customer care taken has been exemplary as if we had been long term clients of the business.
