We have bought and sold a number of homes in Australia and also Vancouver, Canada. We can honestly say Brett has been the best realty agent we have used to sell a property anywhere. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with being available in and out of office hours. We have had an agent previously who advised us to take the first buyers offer only to regret signing almost immediately. Brett is not that kind of agent. He worked hard to achieve our sale price seemingly enjoying the challenge. Impressed us with the kind of interstate buyer he found who we feel will enjoy the location and fit well into the neighbourhood. We will happily recommend Brett to anyone interested in selling on Bribie Island.
