We decided to sell our property with Bribie Island First National, not having dealt with Brett Botcher before there were some communication issues, but then again we are based in Darwin and Covid has provided some challenges and frustrations. There appeared to be timing issues getting the property listed, but this was more due to Brett's nature to have the property listed correctly and truly with no surprises, this was the key in the end, the sale was smooth, the price was firm and the execution was precise. Fast is impressive, but in review, the methodology is how I deal with my building model for my building projects, get all your ducks in a row and deliver with minimal fuss or issues and provide client satisfaction in the end.
