Our tenants at the time had been there for approximately 3 years and unfortunately we had to sell due to personal reasons the tenants still had a legal binding lease in place it did not expire for another couple of months. We are appalled with her, she showed rudeness , more interested in needs of tenants than ours,made us feel uncomfortable, we had to demand to see the house as she wanted the needs of the tenant met before ours, showed very little interest in us as the buyer , worst real estate we Have dealt with! And not even a thank you card and a wine to say thank you for dealing with them(we even got a gift basket from the real estate that sold our old house ray white Bundaberg , which were a pleasure and would use them again )!
