Appalled by her service

We are appalled with her, she showed rudeness , more interested in needs of tenants than ours,made us feel uncomfortable, we had to demand to see the house as she wanted the needs of the tenant met before ours, showed very little interest in us as the buyer , worst real estate we Have dealt with! And not even a thank you card and a wine to say thank you for dealing with them(we even got a gift basket from the real estate that sold our old house ray white Bundaberg , which were a pleasure and would use them again )! We bought our old house through Richardson and wrench Bargara and got a nice basket of thanks! Was a real stress to deal with her and the company

Highly Recommended

Stacey is courteous professional truthful honest has a good knowledge of the property market and trustworthy agent. She went the extra mile making herself available after normal working hours. Our tenants at the time had been there for approximately 3 years and unfortunately we had to sell due to personal reasons the tenants still had a legal binding lease in place it did not expire for another couple of months. The buyer property sold before settlement on our property so Stacey conversed with out tenant and agreement was made and tenants were able to move out early enabling new buyer to move in We would like to thank Stacey for being there every step of the way and was able to resolve issues that had arises very professional and with courtesy Highly recommended
