Hi I would like to leave a few minor comments, none intended to be negative but constructive. First, it was very disappointing to travel over 4000km and very first job was to mow lawns and make property presentable, lawns had clearly not been mowed in weeks and full of weeds. Second is the electronic pre inspection documents, impossible to correctly complete to protect my own interests as a tenant, especially when you only have a mobile phone to view documents, I have absolutely no idea what was written, I just electronically signed and sent back in order to meet the 48 hour timelines, perhaps this document should always be viewed in hard copy to eliminate landlord advantage? There are windows with absolutely no coverings (kitchen and laundry) making complete privacy an issue at night. Also no flyscreen door to laundry, one of the most potential rooms for mould. I myself am a landlord, I spent over six weeks cleaning and preparing my own property for rent, pressure cleaning all surfaces, cleaning gutters and definitely preparing gardens and lawns. The feedback provided is in no way intended to offend, only to highlight a few concerns.
