Connie and Joe sold my elderly parents home under very stressful times for my family. They did the leg work to make it happen quickly and were regularly in touch to keep us informed about each step. They are an extremely caring couple always offering assistance where they could, my family would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent.

Bec goes above and beyond
Bec sold a rental property for me and I was really happy with the result. It needed a bit of work to get it ready, and we wanted it done quickly. Bec set out a plan to get everything done and arranged all the trades such painters, carpets landscaping, styling etc they all arrived punctually, did their work quickly so we could get it on the market. That was a lot of headaches that I didn’t really have the time to manage. The end result was great - the house presented well, and after one open we had 5 offers, and sold at the top of the price guide range.

Kim has been amazing to work with and always followed up with any questions we had. Kim was always available to talk, extremely helpful and made sure we were looked after throughout the entire process, even going above and beyond to organise inspections for us. When we met Kim at the first open inspection, she was friendly and easy to get along with!

Living interstate and not knowing a real estate agent to sell my deceased Mum and Dads home was a task that I really didn’t want to confront. Upon my solicitors advice Connie and Joe Tripodi were mentioned. Within my first telephone conversation I connected with Connie and felt at ease dealing with a person that I was about to trust and embark on a journey to sell an asset that my father worked hard to achieve. I did not want to let him down. Distance and no face to face contact rely on trust. The journey was without question a very pleasant, stress free and memorable one. Connie regularly gave me updates and we discussed the sale more like a united team than a distant business arrangement. With Joe offering expertise and guidance from the side line. Commercial Property Sale
