Very happy with the result Jamie achieved for us.
From the first time we met Jamie he made us both feel very comfortable with the process and we quickly made the decision to select him to sell our property. A few hiccups on the way with perspective buyers not being upfront with regards to their finances but Jamie was always one step ahead with backup buyers (and not just one) always in place. The result he achieved was well beyond our expectations. Jamie kept us well informed with what was going on and was very supportive in selling our family home of 42 years. Would have no reservation in recommending Jamie to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Have used Jamie multiple times and highly recommend!
Jamie did such a great job with our purchase we used him for our sale years later. He is very professional yet felt more like dealing with a mate. He help with every aspect and made everything super easy and streamline. We had very difficult tenants while selling our investment property and Jamie took over all communication and handled them perfectly so we could have successfully open houses. Jamie took all the stress away from us while we had our hands full with work and twin toddlers at home.. and for all of that I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Outstanding service and Genuine Care
We were referred to Jamie when my mother entered a nursing home facility and needed to sell her property. Our initial meeting with Jamie immediately instilled our confidence. Jamie had an excellent knowledge of the market and was able to provide a realistic appraisal of the property. Basically we then just left everything in his capable hands. Just under 3 weeks later we had a sale for a very pleasing price. Throughout the whole process Jamie had the unique ability to be able to determine genuine buyers and made it very clear he was working for US and not the buyer and provided us with good solid advice on offers received. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie to any prospective seller and are very grateful for his care and courtesy towards my elderly mother.

Extraordinarily easy sale with a very knowledgeable agent.
We had previous experience with Ray White Birkdale many years ago and when contacted by Silde recently asking if he could help us with anything property related, we agreed to talk to him. Our first meeting confirmed to us how professional he was, as he came armed with all the information required to convince us to list our Investment Property with him. Our first open home resulted in 4 seperate offers including one above our expectations which today went unconditional.
