Although we my ex wife and I are on very good terms. Jason did work well with both of us. We did want much higher than what we ended up actually accepting. However with Jason’s experience he suggested a couple of negotiating tools. Both my Ex wife and I had not considered using these as negotiating tools. This helped with getting a satisfactory outcome. Ben was a refreshing and pleasant agent to deal with. I’ve been looking to buy a home for six months and Ben was the first agent I’ve encountered who has an authentic and warm personality. He exceeded expectations and went far beyond the typical agent. As this was my first home purchase as a single woman, the experience can be overwhelming, confusing and daunting. He listened to both the seller and my needs, and sought to satisfy all without putting pressure on either. I’d like to make special note about a very unexpected and out of the ordinary event that had occurred during the sales process which should have been a very stressful event for both myself and the vendor.
