Literally the best customer service experience I've ever encountered
After my mother passed, I had to sell her property in QLD. Losing my mother, selling her property and the fact that I live 14hrs away in NSW, made it one of the hardest experiences in my life. But thankfully, I walked in to First National Real Estate and met Louise. From our first interaction, Louise made everything unbelievably simple, even though due to the time restraints I had, and the distance between us, it would not have been simple for her. Her level of compassion, kindness, knowledge and hard work, were simply beyond measure. Louise went above and beyond organising fire alarms and plumbers etc that were needed, she handled things with lawyers on my behalf and the whole time stayed in constant in contact with me with updates and kind words to keep my mind at ease. I could never express how grateful I am for Louise nor praise her enough.
