Very capable and adaptable

Lou was very helpful from the first pre listing viewing of my late mother's property, guided us on what to do, what to get rid of and gave realistic advice on timelines and possible value of the property. Nothing was too much for her, even when things went a little sideways. Reliable and friendly, going out of her way many times above and beyond what normally would be expected of a real estate agent. She knew the market, and had enough interest to get mums property sold so another family could follow their own dreams in the old Queenslander we called home as kids.
