After knowing Paul and Lisa on a personal level for quite a few years; we knew when it came to selling our home, we definitely knew we would list with Paul and Lisa at First National Coastal. We have to say Paul and Lisa didn't disappoint! After owning their own Real Estate business for 24 years and their knowledge of the area, we knew we were in great hands. We can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, honesty and integrity. We were constantly kept up to date with every process of the sale and nothing was ever a bother or too much trouble. Paul always assured me it would sell and despite covid, he was correct.
When I originally put my unit for sale in 2017, family issues did not allow me to pursue the sale. Unlike some other realtors on the Sunshine Coast who would have continued with showing the property, Paul was very ethical and considerate and withdrew immediately. He is kind and a fairly low key family man and I got the impression that the buyers who looked at my unit in 2020 when it was again on the market and sold, also liked and trusted Paul. He always assured me it would sell and despite co-vid, he was correct.

Very Happy
Shane was my Agent for both the Purchase, and the eventual Sale of my Unit. He was Committed to a positively agreed outcome in both situations. The Sale of my Unit was initiated just prior to the peak of COVID19 and required a great deal of extra Patience and greater Effort which Shane performed in a totally Professional and Respectful manner. If I buy again in the Sunshine Coast area I will be hoping for another Property where Shane is the Agent !
