I'm so pleased I chose to Shane Purssell to sell the unit. Shane went the extra mile, and his knowledge and experience was just what I needed, given it was the first time I'd listed a property for sale. A fantastic result too, over and above my expectations. Great Result

Best on the Sunny Coast
I Highly recommend Shane if you are considering selling your Property. He does not give up even though the market might be slow at the time. He is very professional with all his dealings with me and he knows his market like the back of his hand. He sold my property after his contract expired but still showed it and had open days. He never pressured me into reducing my price and left that side of it entirely up to me. Always gave me feedback once a week via email, phone or both. After this contract ran out I was approached by so many other agents but stayed with Shane because I knew how much time and effort he had already put in to selling my property. Haven't met him personally but will drop in to personally thank him and his team net time I am up that way. You will not find a better agent up that way, buying or selling. Cheers Greg Weir

We had recommended Lisa and Paul Angell to numerous Family and friends as we had previously purchased a block of land through Paul many years ago. Built on that block then found a block of land in Hervey Bay to perhaps retire to one day. 12 years later it needed to go so in a passing comment, we asked Lisa (First National Mooloolaba/Maroochydore) if she wanted to have a crack at selling it. Needless to say we had offered it to local agents and all we got were negatives. An acre of land overlooking Fraser Island! Lisa went out of her way to acquaint herself with the land, position, facilities etc. and up went her sign. Just one week later our land was SOLD, with an unconditional contract and for a price that we hadn't expected given our attempts to list locally. Genuine, hardworking, ethical Agents! 7 years ago when I purchased property Shane was the agent so when it came time to sell a property Shane was the only agent who I was interested in listing my property with. Shane kept me well informed after open houses and interested parties. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane and I would certainly buy or sell with him again.
