Sorry ladies, he's taken but was a pleasure to work with. 😀 As a buyer, I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. While committed to his seller and ethical in his approach, he acted in a professional way and was realistic about the market and negotiated a great price. He had great communication throughout the process as well. He also went above and beyond to do a few things in the property that the seller was unwilling/unable to do.
