We have known Avi professionally for about 7 years when she was already excelling in real estate in the Coffs Harbour area. We recently decided to sell our home in Nambucca Heads and asked Avi to be our agent. We have now sold it after a few short months, due to Avi! During this time Avi demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and dedication. Her comprehensive knowledge of the sales process made it very easy for us to understand, and her confident selling style helped us to achieve a competitive price. Being out-of-state, she was able to recommend several local conveyancers (as well as other industry professionals), one of whom we used and who have also been exceptional. Avi showed 100% commitment to selling our property throughout the process, driving to Nambucca to conduct Open Homes on weekends and also working outside of hours when required. Avi is a wonderful all-round communicator and kept us fully updated of open home attendances, follow-up with prospective buyers, and providing progress reports (analysing online marketing results). She also liaised with our tenants (to organise convenient open home times), our rental agency (to inform them of our intention to sell and when sold), as well as our- and the purchasers’ conveyancers (to keep everything progressing). Avi made us feel that we were her only client and that selling our place was her number one goal. I can definitely say that Avi was the right choice as agent for selling our property and highly recommend her to anyone considering selling (or buying) in the mid north coast area. She is amazing!
