Avi is highly professional in her approach. Excellent in her communication and approach towards her clients. From the first time I met Avi, before buying a home from her, I could see she is a trustworthy agent. Now while having her as my agent, Avi has demonstrated excellence in all other aspects as well. Working with Avi is easy and very reassuring especially when you’re dealing with property settlements. I highly recommend Avi for your property purchase or sale.

She is simply the best. Avi knows her job, but my building was only for particular clients. It was a challenge, and she took it on. She was willing to learn, and, in the end, she found the right purchaser that fitted the deal. I always felt that she kept me informed without playing games and she kept me on my toes to produce the information needed to present to potential buyers. Avi is a person I felt comfortable with which encouraged me to stay with the truth. A warm-hearted woman who wants to achieve a fair deal. In the end I ended up with a bottle of real champagne which she should have got for that job so well done. Thank you Juergen Ps.: and we will meet again for my next enterprise.

From our first appraisal 12 months ago, Avi exceeded our expectations of what an agent is and should be. Her high energy, confidence and dedication to not only selling our home, but to us as her vendors, we cannot speak highly enough. Her honesty and transparency week to week was refreshing and made all formalities around our sale seamless.

Avi is extremely professional and hard working and was a pleasure to work with. She has an exceptional knowledge of the local market and is an excellent communicator. I would definitely use Avi again if I was selling another house and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is selling their home.

Avi was so easy to work with throughout the buying process. She provided clear and timely communication and worked with my interests at heart. She was available when needed and went out of her way to ensure that my property was organised in every way prior to settlement. She also takes some great selfies to celebrate putting that sold sticker on!

Avi helped us purchase our first home four years ago and she has been nothing short of amazing helping us to now sell it so we can up-size. Avi has such a warm, inviting personality and a bubbly and infectious energy. She is always available to answer any questions or queries and her reliability was so appreciated. She’s a superstar at all that she does!
