A fantastic real estate buying experience!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Luke during the purchase of this property. The market is crazy at the moment and it's probably easy for real estate agents to just secure quick sales. That's certainly not Luke's approach. Luke dedicated a huge amount of time talking to me and explaining every aspect of the property I was interested to learn more about. He also answered all questions honestly, even if the answers were not always what I would have liked to hear. I really appreciated that because it meant there would not be any unpleasant surprises after settlement. Luke did the right thing by me and also by his vendor in securing the highest possible price. And he achieved that without putting me or the other interested buyers under pressure. He was calm, patient and professional at all times, from the very first phone call until the after settlement. I was unable to come to the property when he went to stick the SOLD sign on, so he offered to facetime me and give me a little celebratory tour.
