It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Luke during the purchase of this property. The market is crazy at the moment and it's probably easy for real estate agents to just secure quick sales. That's certainly not Luke's approach. Luke dedicated a huge amount of time talking to me and explaining every aspect of the property I was interested to learn more about. He also answered all questions honestly, even if the answers were not always what I would have liked to hear. I really appreciated that because it meant there would not be any unpleasant surprises after settlement. Luke did the right thing by me and also by his vendor in securing the highest possible price. And he achieved that without putting me or the other interested buyers under pressure. He was calm, patient and professional at all times, from the very first phone call until the after settlement. I was unable to come to the property when he went to stick the SOLD sign on, so he offered to facetime me and give me a little celebratory tour. Property looked after lawns mowed watered presented beautifully

Luke was fabulous. He made a few budget friendly suggestions on how to make our property more saleable which we took on board and our house sold in record time for the asking price. Couldn’t fault his service, knowledge or commitment.

Luke was the agent handling the sale of a Carrickalinga holiday house which we bought in January. He handled all aspects of the sale with courtesy and showed concern for both the vendors and us , as the purchasers . He was able to answer most of our questions about the property , though some of the information was not yet available when we put in our offer very soon after the property was listed for sale .Luke went out of his way to open the property for further inspection by our family . Luke liaised well with the vendor to address the few problems raised by the building inspection . He was prompt in returning calls and was keen to satisfy both parties with respect to the details of the contract and its various annexures . Luke also assisted us with an urgent request to attend the property to switch off the electricity to enable reconnection of power on the day of settlement. The process of purchasing the property was relatively stress free , thanks in part to Luke’s professional and friendly approach .
