Extraordinary result from a professionally run campaign led by Paul Davis
The decision to use Paul Davis was made because Daystar has for several years professionally managed some of my investment properties. Although Paul was ‘out of area’ regarding the location of the property, I felt confident after our preliminary meeting that he would craft an excellent marketing program leading to a successful auction. With the backing of the First National Real Estate network and the deft services of auctioneer Michael on the night, the house sold for nearly $300,000 over reserve. Paul and his team keep me informed about the progress of the campaign, liaising well with bidders and our solicitor and was generally across all possible scenarios. He is nice to deal with and fun, but always professional and on top of market trends. I cannot recommend Paul Davis more highly, he was an excellent choice and we will use his services again.

Smooth, seamless and efficient
Working with Paul, form our first contact with him 4 years ago when we sought out information about duplexes in the area until today when we sold our duplex has been a friendly, professional experience. Paul assisted us from the get-go in terms of being able to build our duplex and then when we were ready to sell he came on board and facilitated the process. Our property was on the market for less than four weeks and his communication and professionalism were second to none.
