I felt comfortable with Paul from the first phone call, he took the time to explain what he could offer and how he would go about marketing the property we were selling. His approach was polite and professional and even though he is a salesperson I felt he was there to help me as well as sell the property. On the day of the auction he took the time to explain what could happen so I would be prepared which I found reassuring as I had never been to an auction before. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team. Michaels's knowledge of the market and advice on how to sell my home was perfect. At all times I was informed of the process, and constantly received updates on the progress and interest in the home. I felt Michael went above and beyond and truly does love his work.
