We found Paul to be an approachable agent with sound knowledge of the local area. His excellent communication skills and availability to discuss any matters arising were of great benefit to us from our first enquiry through to the exchange. He was prompt to respond to any enquiries we had, be it via phone call, text message or email, and kept us apprised of any updates as they arose. Paul also sourced and provided the documentation we required during the process quickly and efficiently.

I had heard of Michael, who came highly recommended in my area. When my Mum and Dad could no longer live in their house alone after 55 years, it was time to help them sell their beloved home. We knew this transition wouldn't be easy for them, nor for us kids, so we were in search of someone we could trust implicitly. That's when we reached out to Michael. Upon meeting him at the house, it became evident from the very first moment that he wasn't just a real estate agent, but someone who truly comprehended the emotional journey we were about to embark on. We weren't mistaken in our judgment. Michael not only surpassed our expectations with the results of the home sale, but he also made us feel like he was a part of our family. His understanding, compassion, and dedication throughout the entire process were truly exceptional. I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough, and we will forever be grateful for everything he has done for us during this emotionally charged time. Thank you Michael
