Paul recently guided me through the property selling process via auction with a very successful result. His professionalism and industry knowledge was much appreciated. Paul ensured I was kept informed about a range of aspects of the auction process at all times and secured a result that was in the best interests of both the vendor and the purchaser.

Our auntie picked Paul Davis for the sale of her house in Panania and after her passing we kept faith with her judgement and we are very glad that we did. Paul really knows the area, what makes and limits value in the properties, and knows and is trusted by the potential buyers as well. We found him easy to talk to, hard-working, professional and straight. We got the best price Paul could manage.

Michael is a professional in his field. He gave us an excellent description of the market, supported by evidence and advised exactly what to expect on the day of the auction and overall outcome. He provided and lead the sales strategy and gave up to date information, sometimes daily on offers and guidance going forward. I can honestly say, his performance was excellent and he exceeded our expectations. Well done to Michael and his team.

bought the first home through Michael in 2009, bought the second one from him in 2015, help me sold the property just last week, always happy, and always smooth during the transaction. Top 1 in Revesby and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
