I have known Michael Sleiman since he first began in realestate, he sold my parents home at Padstow. He impressed me from day one, with his keenness and sincerity but the end result is what every vendor is most interested in and he didn't disappoint. I recently sold my own home and it was a no brainer that Michael was the man for the job and again he didn't disappoint. His honesty and enthusiasm make what is a very tiring and emotional time so much easier. I have over the years recommended him to many people and they have also gone onto recommended him to others. In my opinion there is nothing more impressive than receiving clients through recommendations and I know the majority of Michaels work is obtained this way, In my opinion there is not a better agent than Michael.

Paul was very upfront, communicated in a timely manner, and was probably the most open of the agents we've dealt with in previous auctions. He was particularly good in setting expectations around what could and could not be done with the property, given the number of people who appeared to think they could build townhouses or duplexes when this was not the case. We did consider the initial price estimate to be rather conservative but that's predominantly down to current market conditions. We would happily engage with Paul if we were to sell in the future.
