Owen is a fantastic and very patient agent. It took me a while to come to the decision of selling my parents' home. He did not apply any pressure and was very understanding. I had previously used Owen to sell an investment property. On both occasions Owen achieved the selling price I wanted. I was amazed at this as so many other agents did not think I would get what I was asking. I was really impressed with the advertising/marketing of the property. He has great knowledge and a terrific negotiator. I would highly recommend Owen when buying or selling property.

Although I usually deal with women wherever possible, was impressed with Rene from our first meeting. Unlike the other Real Estate Agent (who came for her first viewing of our 80 hectare bush property in an expensive town dress & high heels), Rene came ready to walk the fence line. And did so! He listened to why we thought our property unique, then used this knowledge/angle in the advertising. Most importantly, while the other agent told us we'd be "lucky to sell", Rene saw the potential & beauty. I believe this ability helped him find the perfect buyers. And why he achieved a selling price $100,000 above the other agent's uninformed (& uninterested) valuation. Finding the ideal family who fell in love with our property took a little longer then we all thought....and is perhaps why communications from Rene became less regular then my husband & I would have liked. However, that's a tiny niggle, in an otherwise wonderful experience, with an agent who really did do an outstanding job for us. He was hard working, open & honest. Rene Pompe is a Real Estate Agent, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

From the initial contact with the agent it was pleasurable experience as both Rene and Owen and their team presented themselves professionally. They both showed a keen interest in our property by walking over it all (11 acres down to a river). After the initial contacts where both agents were involved, Owen handled our sale. Both agents were available at times suitable to us to discussion the various types of sale campaigns following these discussions with both Rene and Owen we chose to adopt an "Expressions of Interest" sale over a period of a month. We were presented with a detailed proposal of the sales campaign we had chosen including times/dates for inspections , costings in detail and recommended advertising and photography options. As a result our property sold within about a week and we were very happy with the outcome.

Rene seemed to be fair and open to all potential buyers. He retained his integrity and credibility by not forcing highest tender to put extra "bids", when we had already achieved our reasonable reserve. So the sale was a good fair result for buyer and seller.
