A man with his finger on the pulse of the local property market

He was personable communicative and direct Always polite and responsive A very good depth of knowledge of the local area Very helpful in trying to move the property for us Realistic regarding the market appraisals and fluctuations in real estate values I did not use any website Just walked into the shop one day and spoke to Matthew whom I found caring and helpful He came and looked at the property gave me pointers and it went from there
