I have recently had the opportunity to engage L J Hooker, St. Ives, and specifically Matthew Johnson in the selling of my Mother’s home at Ryde. As it was a deceased estate the timing was unfortunate. However, the choice of real estate agent was very fortunate indeed. In what can only be described as a terrible market for sellers Matthew achieved a result that my siblings and I were very happy with. The amount of effort applied by Matthew and his staff was huge and it really paid off. He was easy to work with but did not fill us with any false hopes or unrealistic expectations. The process was extremely professional from the marketing to the signing of contracts. The communication, both verbal and by email, was excellent and we always felt that we were his #1 priority.

Matthew was most conscientious and persevered with the sale of my property over a number of months. As it was a difficult property to sell, Matthew never wavered in his optimism that a sale would be forthcoming. He was most professional, courteous and hard working, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective seller.
