At First National Real Estate Kimberley, you will always be treated as our top priority. At First National Real Estate Kimberley – we put you first. Established in 2002, First National Real Estate Kimberley was originally a combination of the former Kununurra First National and The Professionals Northern Realty. Whilst we did amalgamate, very little remains of the early days. First National Kimberley is now a thriving agency in it's own right. Our Property Management Department has a portfolio in excess of 350 properties, servicing residential, commercial, industrial and retail. Our Sales team consists of Brad Williams who specialises in commercial property, hobby farms and rural sales in addition to Corie Rasmussen who specialises in residential property sales. We work closely with developers and were the appointed local agents for Ord Stage 2 as well as Landcorp residential lots in Coolibah Estate & Lakeside Park. First National Kimberley is owned by Kimberley Property Investments Pty Ltd. Brad Williams purchased the company in 2011 after successfully managing and operating the business since February 2003. Utilising all the resources available to us throughout the First National Network, as well as our many years of experience, we take time and care in dealing with your real estate needs. We regard our staff as partners in the business and select our teams as much for their people skills as for their experience and track record. We back this up with setting high standards and implementing quality systems. Terrific experience with Brad and his team.

A Really Good Experience !

Great Service!

We were really impressed with the service we received from Sarah and Brad at First National Real Estate, Kununurra, when purchasing our recent property. Sarah was our primary contact person, and we really liked her warm and natural communication style. She was super efficient in her responses and detailed in her approach to our enquiries. As we purchased this property remotely, we really relied on Sarah to assist us with each step of the process.
