Terrific experience with Brad and his team.
I was a long time client of Brad Williams and his team in Kununurra and residing in Melbourne it was most satisfying knowing that Brad and the team were always available and most communicative with updates regarding my investment property and very quick to action any requirements required from the property’s perspective.

A Really Good Experience !

Great Service!
We were really impressed with the service we received from Sarah and Brad at First National Real Estate, Kununurra, when purchasing our recent property. Sarah was our primary contact person, and we really liked her warm and natural communication style. She was super efficient in her responses and detailed in her approach to our enquiries. As we purchased this property remotely, we really relied on Sarah to assist us with each step of the process. So professional from start to finish
What a team Brad and Sarah are! They gave such a professional service, ensuring that the sale of our house happened seamlessly and above our expectations! In addition; Sarah was continuously at hand every step of the way, providing excellent advice and support. She constantly went the extra mile, and we could never begin to thank her enough for all that she did. We knew that selling our "home" in Kununurra was going to be traumatic, but with a gem like Sarah...it was less painful, and for that we're eternally thankful! Thank you to "Team Williams"!

Great experience working with Brad and Sarah from Kimberley First National
We recently decided to sell our much loved home and engaged with Kimberley First National. Brad really knows his stuff and we appreciated his frankness, and the consideration he gave to the advice he offered us. Both Brad and Sarah really considered the all the elements of our house, location, the drawcards, the drawbacks etc in order to provide us with a realistic ballpark figure. They were very open about the selling strategies they would use in order to make best use of the current market. Brad took some amazing photographs of our house, including a fabulous 3D walkthrough - what he produced was really very professional and something you would expect to see in high end advertising. I felt sure and safe in the hands of Sarah who guided the paperwork process - contracts, paperwork etc - she is very reliably reached for questions and queries. We appreciated the forward planning that the team provided also - in the knowledge that our house was empty, offering alternatives to our plan if we didn't sell in a certain timeframe, to rent then go to market again within a finite amount of time. This demonstrated to us their commitment to their selling strategies and their awareness and ability to reflect, review and flexibly alter to best suit the overall aim in line with market movement. We did sell our house very quickly thankfully - but even if we hadnt of I still would be writing a positive review because this really is about how Brad and Sarah are such professionals and are very proficient in understanding the market and how best to optimise an actual sale, giving honest and considered feedback and communicating well. There is also a bit of magic there too. Sarah with her magic wand and Brad is known to unleash a rabbit or two from under his hat! We were so happy with the experience and so happy with our sale.
