I recently bought a property in Blackmans Bay. When initially searching for my property I came across a property for sale in a terrible state by First National Real Estate Kingston. The property was managed by a different agency and First National was chosen to sell the property rather than the agency that was currently managing the property (for obvious reasons). While at this dreadful property, the agent from First National explained that unlike the agency managing this property, they have high property management standards and would NEVER let a property managed by them get into this state. At this point, I didn't want to risk going with another agency after seeing their poor management firsthand. Once I found a decent property I went straight to First National Kingston and they found great renters for my property as well as a great weekly rental price! If you want poor management of your property in the Kingston and Blackmans bay region, choose another agency, but for property management with high standards, you know who to choose ;)

We haven’t had First National as our chosen agents for very long but we are more than happy with the service we have received so far. We have found the staff very easy to talk to , they understand our needs and concerns . We have recently changed tenants and we were kept informed of all relevant matters during the process and the team secured a new tenant very quickly, while providing information regarding the new tenant which was very detailed . A service we have new had with previous letting agents. Our previous tenant was very happy with the staff at First National finding the staff friendly and understanding.
