I recently had the pleasure of working with Jada to lease my investment property in Traralgon. I highly recommend her service to any property owner looking for a reliable and proactive property manager.

Always having to chase FNL agent to see how issues are progressing. Rent payments often late. Overall very poor customer service.

They were excellent in communication and always quick to respond to personal requests. They have recorded and photographed (almost everything). We met Jada before completion of our investment property. She was able to provide very good insight about the market. Very friendly service.

I cannot recommend Rebecca Golding highly enough! From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She helped me to keep the property maintained and helped through the repair process. It took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through every step of the process with patience and care. Their communication was outstanding—they always kept me informed and promptly answered all my questions, no matter how small. Thanks to their expertise, I felt confident every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Rebecca Golding is the one to call!
