Simon (and his offsider Sarah) were highly personable, friendly and efficient in our interactions. He took the time at our preliminary meeting to seek to understand the circumstances of the sale. He was knowledgeable about the local market, and gave us a detailed printed summary of the properties for sale and sold in the area, to give us a clear picture of where we should pitch our price. Simon gave us sound advice on how to prepare the property, and organised tradesmen to undertake the work we could not do ourselves, at reasonable prices. He (and else Sarah) was always available to discuss any issue with the sale, and acted succesfully as an intermediary to effect the agreement with the purchaser.
