Racquel assisted me with the sale of my property that I needed to sell as quickly as possible but I also did not want to sell it for less than its worth. Racquel understood the need of urgency for this sale as I live ion Melbourne and had a tenant in the property which was rented privately. She had everything all started within 2 hours of me speaking to her for the first time. Start to finish she kept me updated on all aspects of the marketing and any interest there was and arranged for an open day the very first weekend and 2 weeks later my property was SOLD. It was such a relief and I was so shocked that it sold so quickly, receiving more than I thought I would get for the property, which was a pleasant surprise. The sale of the property has now enabled me to visit my son in the US that I have only seen once in the last 4 1/2 years and also given me the opportunity to purchase an investment property in a different location.
