Interactions with Simon during premise inspections were affable and pleasant. I am relocating from Melbourne, and further negotiations were by necessity conducted by phone. However I was continually left with a sense of impotence due to Simon's habit of not resolving telephone enquiries for days or weeks whilst tendering the purchase offers, as well as a question arising from the pest inspection (still unresolved) and my request for early possession under licence. Even the initial inspection was marred by Simon failing to forewarn myself and the vendor of his failure to meet at his scheduled appoint time, causing some awkwardness as we both waited bewildered on the footpath for him to arrive.
