He was great to engage with, nothing was ever an issue and his feedback was always constructive. Our house sold very quickly and well above our expectations. My son took me down to Traralgon for a Sunday drive, and we ended up looking at places for me to retire to. It wasn’t planned but it was worth it. I saw the unit I liked and was told to go to First National and see Laurie. He was so helpful and friendly and wasn’t pushy at all. We went back another day to have a look and I liked it as Laurie left us to take our time to look around before saying “ yes”. He has been so helpful and patient as we’ve had a few hiccups along the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking at a retirement home as you don’t need anyone pushing you when you get older.
