It is important to note that I rang Colin and Jordan and asked them to walk through the building to sell it ASAP. They arrived that night, walked through and listened to the story behind the sale - that I just wanted out, I was sick of renovating and I wanted to move to land. We agreed on a price, it was higher than I expected given the exterior weather boards needing replacing and just the general stuff like unfinished renovations etc. I had a phone call the next morning.
