Jordan was very informative as I have never sold a property before. He was very clear with all processes. Always available if any question arose and helpful to answer them. His background in property rental has also help with the understanding what was required.

It is important to note that I rang Colin and Jordan and asked them to walk through the building to sell it ASAP. They arrived that night, walked through and listened to the story behind the sale - that I just wanted out, I was sick of renovating and I wanted to move to land. We agreed on a price, it was higher than I expected given the exterior weather boards needing replacing and just the general stuff like unfinished renovations etc. I had a phone call the next morning. Sold for the exact price we wanted, Jordan liaised with our conveyancers and everything was done and booked, contracts were signed, settlements were set and now we are starting a new chapter of our lives. First National are the only real estate that I use, and moving forward Jordan will be my first point of call for any of my future needs, he is also who I will be recommending to those wanting to sell without the headache. At no stage were our interactions fake, I never as though they just wanted a quick cheap sale, they were high achievers and they didn't shy away from a challenge.
