we spoke with Greg in relation to our intention of selling our Unit and he promptly attended and outlined his sales approach and because of his professional and friendly attitude and knowledge of the area we engaged him on the day. It was only a matter of a couple of weeks and Greg advised he had an offer, which was more than acceptable and the property was sold. There was not a problem during the whole process, he regularly kept us informed as to the progress and we believe the service we received and sale was all due to Greg's professionalism. Greg was very open, friendly and professional. We were first time buyers, he was helpful and didn't 'play games' as some agents can do when they know buyers are inexperienced. All correspondance was replied to very quickly which made the process much easier. During the sale Gregs market knowledge/negotiation skills were not called upon so I can't comment on these, but I would still recommend.
