One of the attributes we look in an agent is trust and this was apparent when we met James. He is very open, professional, friendly and approachable. Andrew had great knowledge of the property, could answer all our questions and sometimes even before we had the question! If he didn't know, he did get back to us. He was professional but relatable in conversation, and always did what he said he would and got back to us. The intentions of both parties was potentially not portrayed as accurately to either side as it could have been.
