This is the 2nd property we have listed and sold through Andrew Blackman. On both occasions we have been very happy with Andrew’s professional and positive attitude particularly given the known challenges with the properties. With the property at 150 Gladstone St Mudgee, we were under no illusion this was going to be an easy sell. There were multiple issues with the house that couldn’t be fixed or dressed up for the sale. While we were feeling very nervous and negative about the sale/value prospects, Andrew was always very upbeat and positive, and constantly reassuring about the sale. Given Mudgee is a small country town, everyone knows everyone so if someone is not trustworthy or honest, people talk. I can absolutely attest to Andrew’s trustworthiness and would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property.
