Andrew's knowledge of the area was excellent, took us over every nook and cranny of the blocks we have bought even though it was a bit hairy going down the steep hills. We all lived to tell the tale and will be the proud owners of the three blocks. I am sure we tried his patience sometimes as we always requested week-end inspections which would have impacted on his free time, but was always happy and accommodated us as best as he could.
