Great work Bob
Thank you for spending a great deal of time showing my parents around the property on our behalf and then spending an even greater time with us when we came up later to inspect it. Also thank you for organising for us to meet the vendor and learn about the property. We are sure we are going to love living in Mudgee. Your negotiation skills were superb. We also thank you for showing us three properties earlier but not giving up on us when they didn't suit us and for thinking outside the box about what would suit us. You were right!

Agent who communicates well
Bob has been very good communicating through the selling process. This has been particularly important as I live in a city remote from the house location. Bob initially helped when I was considering selling, providing good market material and assessing the property. Later he has managed the selling process for me, keeping me informed. I like the fact that I can talk with him re any issues, and find him a down to earth person to deal with. Overall I have had a very good selling experience working with Bob and recommend him as an agent.

tricky block
I've no hesitation in recommending Bob if you need to sell. He was clear, and positive throughout the entire process. This particular block was a difficult one to sell due to some complicated access issues, and I had my doubts he would even find anyone but his persistence and knowledge of the area proved exceptional and after a relatively short period we have an effective sale!! Thanks very much Bob.
