Our experience with Bob and First National was a very positive one. They made a realistic estimate of what our house was worth and understood exactly what we would and wouldn't accept as offers came in. We were always given fair notice for inspections and Open House days/times and provided with good feedback afterwards. Bob gave us some tips to improve both the look of our house and the possibility of sale and we implemented quite a few of his ideas. Our house sold within 3 months and we were really happy with the price we got and the negotiations around that.

Bob was really great from the start. Met me on time at short notice and gave a really good first impression. Not pushy and gave me really good information on the property.
