Honest and realistic
Marnie was open about the moving market and pricing expectations, this along with her amazing effort to being porential buyers through had us accept an offer after 3 weeks. Spot on and excellent communication
Marnie knows the Mudgee market very well and was spot on in her estimation of how our sale would play out. She is a lovely person, always delightful and conscientious and she took the stress out of the selling process. She's not like so many other agents I know and that is a very welcome amd refreshing thing!

Outstanding Support
We first met Marnie some six months ago on a house viewing, and despite us not purchasing at that time, Marnie was always keeping us up to date with the market movements and stock availability which eventually led us to the perfect product that we were after and purchased this month. During the time leading up to Exchange and still ongoing, Marnie has continued with her support and offer to make the process as easy as possible. This was all done remotely from Mudgee.
