Our property was on the market with 2 other real estate agency's who didn't manage to get a sale in over 12 months. Bob managed to secure a sale on our house in a difficult market which is a good outcome for us. Should we have used Bobs agency initially we feel a sale would have been made far sooner @ a better price gained due to the market conditions being more favourable @ the time.
