I found Anne to have excellent market knowledge. Sometimes communication was difficult, mostly because of the terrain. However, when messages were left Anne always returned calls. There was definitely a lot of negotiation with my particular sale, and Anne was calm, collected, patient, and showed a great deal of tolerance and negotiation skills, especially when I often went into hyperactive rage over the purchaser's demands. Can highly recommend Anne, she proved to be one of the most credible estate agents I have ever dealt with.
