After having listed one of 3 properties I owned in Port Augusta with another agent it took them 7 years to sell it .I found there communication very poor I also had another property listed with them after several phone calls and them not returning my calls ispoke with Nicole at First National Port Augusta.I found Nicole to be very professional and certainly new her the market .Nicole had some challenges in selling the property but handled it with great composure and and continued to communicate regularly all the way through the process I listed 2 other properties with Nicole at First National and now Nicole has sold 2 of the3 properties in one year in a very tough market.
