I shifted from another agent to quinta, as Tevor had impressed me initial but due to some other reasons I initally gave my account to somebody else. Since the time I have moved, I have not been much worried about day today management of my property. Inspections are done on time and repairs are informed. No lease end surprises.. Just one thing for putting a new tenant in the property, it took more then usual time. Please ensure the market rent is much researched for before setting expectations. Overall quite happy
