Full credit to Tony Fernandez who persevered through what was a tough sale. There were some difficult circumstances presented to him, however, Tony navigated through all the challenges thrown at him, least of which was the fact that our sale was forced by a change in our circumstances. He maintained exceptional communication with us on a daily basis and made adjustments as and when we felt appropriate. Nothing was too much for Tony; he took our calls at all hours, did everything we asked, made special trips to cater for last minute inspection requests, and once sold, maintained great lines of communication with the new buyers. Despite the difficult circumstances Tony had to operate in, he did so with a very positive attitude. All in all a great effort from Tony and I highly recommend him.
