Have known David professionally and personally for 30 years. In regard to his real estate skills, I had absolutely no doubt that David was the right person to guide us through the complex and very emotive process in selling our family home. David provided expert advice and always displayed a professional and pleasant demeanour throughout the entire sale process. This is the second house I have sold through David and each sales outcome was equally pleasing.

David and Margo went over and above to get my house sold, they made the whole process very easy.

First National managed my house when it was a rental and I was very happy with them. Margo Taggart was my agent when I sold it, and I was very happy with her dedication, communication and professionalism. Unfortunately my experience did not end on a high note, as it looked like the settlement was not going to happen by the deadline. Margo rang me and pressured me to let the tenants move in regardless as they had given notice to their landlord and were in a fix. This would have exposed me to enormous risk. I was unhappy with the way I was spoken to and made to feel unreasonable for refusing. It was very sad to finish on such a low note.
Margo Taggart
First National were amazing. They filled me in on what was happening every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the highest price for my house. Highly recommend.
