We found David to be very experienced in Market Knowledge! Right from the beginning David let us voice our thoughts on what we believed our house would be worth and then he proceeded to tell us what other houses in area were selling for which were similar to our home and he was spot on with the price that we sold our house for. He was always available to talk to and always had open line of communication.
